Products purchased on the E-Store cannot be returned to a ROYAL MOROCCAN distributor nor to a salon which sells ROYAL MOROCCAN products.

If a product purchased is defective, customer shall contact ROYAL MOROCCAN Online Customer Service by phone at (352) 237- 4834, or via email at info@royalmoroccan.com within 14 days of receipt of product.
